Burrito Bowls

Ingredients
16 oz. can refried beans
sour cream
taco seasoning
8 ounces mexican cheese blend
red pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced, divided
salsa, green and red
tortilla chips
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
lime wedges
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fat-free milk
radish, thinly sliced
lettuce, chopped

Notes / Directions
Mix the taco seasoning into the sour cream. Mix cayenne pepper, black pepper and milk into retired beans and heat. Start with refried beans on bottom and layer other ingredients to taste. Garnish with lime, cilantro, and radish. Eat with tortilla chips.
