Ingredients
2 cups water, boiling
1 quart buttermilk
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups 40% Bran Flakes
4 cups All Bran
5 cups flour
Notes / Directions
Mix boiling water, buttermilk, and soda. Set aside. Mix butter, sugar,
eggs, and salt and add to above mixture. Stir in bran flakes, All
Bran, and flour. Bake in muffin tins at 425 for 20 minutes. Mixture
may be refrigerated for a month.
