Spicy Thai Noodles

Adapted from A Small Snippet

Ingredients
1 box linguine or angle hair pasta
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sesame oil
6 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons soy sauce
green onions
cilantro
peanuts
toasted sesame seeds

Notes / Directions
Cook pasta according to box.  While cooking, chop green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.  Heat both oils with crushed red pepper over medium heat.  Strain out pepper and save the oil.  Whisk in honey and soy sauce to the oil and toss with noodles.  Refrigerate overnight or until cold.  Top each individual serving with onions, cilantro, peanuts, and toasted sesame seeds before serving.  Serve cold.
